I came in as a desperate swim-spa owner. I left feeling like I had a pool expert on my side. Bob and his crew did a great job. They communicated well and were very professional. Bob provided great instruction afterward as to expectations for the next few days and when to add chemicals. It’s like a brand new pool!
Cass was our tech. Great guy, patient and took time to explain a lot and answer my questions.
Scott Pools does an amazing job with an amazing team. I have been a customer of theirs for many years and they continue to deliver great service with a smile! Everyone there - from the office staff, to the water analysis team, to the on-site teams - are true professionals who know how to exceed expectations! Cass and Donovan did a great job upgrading my old pool lights. Matt and his team also did a great job replacing an old pool heater and integrating it in with my outdated automation system.
