Great Place Dr Podnos is the best and also his staff . They listen to your problems and they explain what needs to be done.
Dr. Podnos is is good at what he does. However, the office is not well run. When my arm was still bleeding 2 days after surgery, I called. Only a voice message saying I would be answered in 24 hours. My sheets looked like a chain saw massacre. I did not think the bleeding warranted a 911 call. I found out that the Boca office was open and after 25 minutes of phone time and 25 minutes traveling I was told to go to another office where Dr. Podnos was that day. When it comes to MOHS, the way you get cut and sutured is actually way more important than I originally thought. I’ve now had six of these micro surgeries, and Dr. Podnos is the only one where you can barely see a scar after just a few days. Not only would I recommend him, it would be a huge mistake to go to anyone else.
Great experience!!! It started with a kind nice receptionist which for me is the most important. The medical assistant of the Dr is always lovely and Dr Podnos is fantastic!!!!
