Booked in a small job with Bronwyn (blocked toilet / sewer line) and next morning right on time the boys turned up, did their thing, cleared some tree roots and unblocked the line, done and dusted within 45mins. Prompt, efficient and courteous. Recommend.

Terrible Company!!!! Advised Scott the leak was coming from the drain upstairs tub and he destroyed my downstairs ceiling by cutting a jagged hole in it. After he was told not to cut into the ceiling he did it anyways!! The leak was coming from the tub drain gasket and he was told that upon arriving to my house. He doesn't do any trouble shooting just guess work, he destroyed my ceiling for no reason! Do not hire him. Called for a quote to fix leaking mains pipe in the front yard. No fuss quote one day fixed the next at more than a fair price. Honest and truly local company in the lower Blue Mountains. This is after an out of town plumbing company (from Ebenezer) pretending to be local and mucking me around with a quote that could have renovated a good chunk of my bathroom. Really appreciate having a plumber I can trust.
