Mr. Phegley was amazing throughout the entire loan and purchase process. There were many moments where I spoke to Scott expecting to be chastised or even remotely embarrassed by the situation or questions I had. He was always supportive up to a near meltdown when our buyers on our other home were out of country at closing and he talked me off a ledge unknowingly. Scott always informed me and through him and Emily I learned a TON about the do's and don'ts of the mortgage process! I will forever be grateful for Scott and Emily's help!
