The best Ms Donna is so kind I transferred my prescription from CVS (who could never get anything right and took weeks to order medication) to Scott Pharmacy and I am absolutely pleased with the service they also have really cute things inside
I tried to refill my discus inhaler. I just had surgery and really need it to keep from coughing and blowing out sutures. I called a week later since I had heard nothing and spoke with Brigette to refill my discus inhaler. I called a week later and finally learned it's under some doctor's name I only saw once and not my current doctor. They refused to contact my current doctor and Bridgette told me I needed to find another pharmacy because I sounded "desperate." Since it's Christmas I now have to wait. This pharmacy is purposefully refusing to run health insurance on covered medications, even when proof is provided. I've had to take time to submit a reimbursement form with my insurance due to their negligence.
Absolutely the best pharmacy in the entire Acadiana area... They go above and beyond for their customers, medicine is almost always ready within mins... Always extremely friendly, helpful, and cares more about the people than just making money... For example, my husband was prescribed monjero, unfortunately the pharmacy out of pocket cost was a lot less than the approved amount our insurance would cover... So instead of charging us the couple hundred dollars difference the pharmacist took his time to call around to find a ch... read more
