This pharmacy is purposefully refusing to run health insurance on covered medications, even when proof is provided. I've had to take time to submit a reimbursement form with my insurance due to their negligence.
Absolutely the best pharmacy in the entire Acadiana area... They go above and beyond for their customers, medicine is almost always ready within mins... Always extremely friendly, helpful, and cares more about the people than just making money... For example, my husband was prescribed monjero, unfortunately the pharmacy out of pocket cost was a lot less than the approved amount our insurance would cover... So instead of charging us the couple hundred dollars difference the pharmacist took his time to call around to find a ch... read more
