10/10 would NOT recommend Scott propane in Knoxville! This is the second time this year that we have ran out propane! It has been 9 days since we called. We were at 30 percent then which is what percentage they say to reach before calling. This is our primary heat! Thank the lord we have electric heaters and our good ole buddy heater.
We’ve had an amazing experience dealing with these guys. We ran out of propane at 7/8 pm the day before thanksgiving and I had house guests and was making the whole meal. I believe his name was Kurt came out and was so gracious and considerate, he brought a temporary tank and came a second time because of a slight delay on our scheduled delivery. Top notch gentlemen.
