Don't use this company it's full of incompetent employees I would give them a quarterof a star if i could.. They came to the house and passed a leaking tank knowing it wasn't passable to scam over $400 out of us instead of taking responsibility.
Since Scott Petroleum was bought out by another company, the level of professionalism has noticeably declined. Interactions with staff have been consistently rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, which is a stark contrast to how the company previously operated. There also appears to be a clear lack of knowledge and consistency regarding company policies, with employees either unable or unwilling to explain them accurately. No one is ever there to fill tanks and no one knows when someone will be Update Year later and they still can't get it right! Expect you to drop your tanks off over night and pay for full but won't guarantee they won't get stolen. Guy that fills tanks needs a new job because he doesn't like this one.
