Terrible experience!! We have two homes connected with them for our only source of heating ! We have both accounts set up on auto pay. I called the office and Told them we were low on propane and needed to refill. They were very rude and “Paul” told us we had 40% left. We tried to explain to him that wasn’t correct. They refused to send anyone out to check or refill our tank. We currently are out of heat in a snow storm and propane is our only source of heat & our stove is on gas.
