You have to pay before you get tanks filled. They punched my debit card number into a computer. No caps protecting the opening on the tank after they fill them. Do not fill partial tank. Full price even if you have some gas in them. Won’t be going back again.
Terrible experience!! We have two homes connected with them for our only source of heating ! We have both accounts set up on auto pay. I called the office and Told them we were low on propane and needed to refill. They were very rude and “Paul” told us we had 40% left. We tried to explain to him that wasn’t correct. They refused to send anyone out to check or refill our tank. We currently are out of heat in a snow storm and propane is our only source of heat & our stove is on gas.
