Dropped off my pickup. They had it for 5 weeks. I’m very patient, coming from a customer service background. Through several phone calls, I was informed of pricing on certain items and services. Throughout the entire process, I had always said that my budget was 5-6k. I stated several times not to exceed 7k. The service manager went on vacation or was off for the two weeks prior to me picking it up, and when I did come in to pick it up I got handed a bill for $12k. Cassie the service representative was amazing I was traveling out of state when I had an issue with my truck she went above and beyond to get my truck repaired the same day.
