I love Dr. P and have been coming for year. But his front staff team today was highly disappointing. I was late to my appt arriving at 3:12 because of a traffic accident on the highway. I am never ever late to my appts. I couldn’t call because I was driving. When I checked in the girl in the front said they had to reschedule because of a 10 minute grace period.
