Great service. Friendly and so very helpful
We arrived at Abilene RV Park to discover a spring on one axle had snapped. We called a few places before one recommended Scott. We contacted him late afternoon and he was at our site early afternoon the next day. He examined the spring and left to get the part. He returned and skillfully replaced the broken spring with a new one. Then he completed a visual exam of the other 3 springs. All this was accomplished in under 2 hours. Needed repairs on our 5th wheel. Scott was prompt on coming to our campsite and took care of our problem. Highly recommend his service.
I attended an RV Rally in Abilene with one slideout not operating. I called Scott based on the campground manager's recommendation. I was lucky that he had an opening the very next morning at 8:00 AM. Scott was right on time, was very methodical in troubleshooting, very collaborative in listening to what I had done to troubleshoot and very knowledgeable about my motorhome's slideout system. Awsome job Scott! We blew a hydraulic line for a levelling jack on my Solitude 5th wheel just outside Abilene TX. Scott promised to be at our campsite at 8:30am the next day and he showed up 5 minutes early. He was knowledgeable and worked efficiently to get the the line replaced with a much better quality hose. The bill he presented was very reasonable and I was happy to pay it. Thanks Scott for being a genuine 'good guy'.
