I've had 3 appointments with Dr. Wattenhofer regarding a stroke. He as been extremely professional, insightful and someone I have the utmost confidence in. Highly recommended.
I had the unfortunate experience of having him treat a wound. He told me he wanted to just "take a little look" under the top skin and then proceeded to dig a hole in my leg. His comment was "oh...not what I expected" and left the room telling the nurses to dress the wound. I ended up having to go to another wound clinic and had to see them every week for 2 months to have porcine skin grafts placed to heal the damage he did. Stay away from this guy for wound care !
