We have been seeing this office for over 12 years. Had an appointment in January. I asked about a chipped tooth that was having pain. You told me all was good. I went to another dentist because of pain. A filling fell out LONG ago. And there was an extremely deep cavity only a blind man could miss. It was almost a root canal. And I have 7 more fillings on top of that! I could see all the dark spots in my xray.... why didnt you SEE THAT FILLING WHEN I ASKED?????
