We have been seeing this office for over 12 years. Had an appointment in January. I asked about a chipped tooth that was having pain. You told me all was good. I went to another dentist because of pain. A filling fell out LONG ago. And there was an extremely deep cavity only a blind man could miss. It was almost a root canal. And I have 7 more fillings on top of that! I could see all the dark spots in my xray.... why didnt you SEE THAT FILLING WHEN I ASKED????? Dr.Fogel and his team were so attentive and patient with me during my appointment. They clearly explained all of the steps of the checkup including the cleaning and aftercare to me. The customer service exceeded my expectations!
