First time he came out, my parents were here. Very professional, very kind. 2nd time it was just me, quite condescending and short but hey he’s fixed my problems twice now so oh well. 3rd time I called him, nothing but scoffs and I could hear his eye rolls for calling him on a Friday with no water. Like I asked for this? Said he’d call me Tuesday. Never called, I called him back, got the blocked number error tone. Dude needs to retire already.

Came to change our water pressure tank (costs $300 at home depot for a new one), was here for 45min and he charged us $1200! Total markup/rip off for materials. Originally used him to replace our well pump (at which time a professional should have known to replace the pressure tank to begin with) and he did NOT put in a sediment filter which can damage every appliance in our home (we've found sendiment in our water heater, washer, dishwasher, toilet tanks...talking thousands of dollars worth of potential damage).
