UPDATE 6 25 24 The review was left for THE AC GUY in DFW area and now somehow HIGH JACKED ------------ Tim- The Ac Guy came highly recommended , Came out gave us a detailed estimate on whole house system Furnace and out side unit . Showed up on time and installed every thing in 1 day in the rain and temps dropping Extremely satisfied !!

Had been working with Air Guy on 3 separate occasions specifically with Johnny without any complaints. He’s no longer with Air Guy, and upon having my AC go out again, they refused to come out and do a warranty checkup, regardless of my tenure as a customer and buying their products. Unprofessionally dealt with, and left me with zero reason to come work with them again.
