2018: Love this doctor. But i give a bad rating because the wait is always at least an hour!!! It gets really ridiculous! 2022: after years, we are leaving...my son has history of horrible allergies and sinus problems, deviated septum. But because I can only prove this is the 3rd time we were seen in a little more than two months for the same issue, he refused to give a referral to see an ENT or allergist and his old docs dont take his new insurance, so we are stuck. Oh my goodness, Iwould have given a 0 but the app only lets me select a 1. Found out today when I called to make an appointment with my primary doctor (Nizel or Gillespie-Gebhards) that becaue I have not been in since before the pandemic that I am a new patient and Sally on reception even offered me names of other physicians. Appalling since I am now experiencing some severe pains and can't go to the place that has my med history. Nitzel is also not very punctual, always making his patients wait. Dr. Nitzel is fabulous , he takes the time to really get to what is going on, with his patients. I know the wait can be alittle long, but it’s well worth it. He does it the way it should be done, I feel anyway. You can find a lot of Drs. That your in and out with anywhere, and if you don’t like the wait then move on. Dr. Nitzel cares and I appreciate that. Thank you for caring for my 16 year old daughter.

Unprofessional! Would you make a guest wait 2 hours? Others are thorough without the callous wait. Go see anyone else.
