No complaints. Probably one of the better buildings and stratas
Well built building. Been here for a couple years now. Good soundproofing thankfully - can't hear the neighbors above or beside us. Central location - easy walk to grocery store, mall, movies. We moved in for the schools - definitely made the right choice
All that glitters is not gold. Poor noise insulation. Weird crowd. Weird area tbh. Few really nice folks and you just feel bad for em.
