Only condominium building that offers best in class school district - Cougar Canyon and Seaquam. Close to every possible amenities restaurant , rec center , Walmart , bus stop etc . Centrally located so major places like Langley , Vancouver , Tsawwassen , Burnaby should be 30-40 mins drive . Only downside IMO is some weird people not following strata laws but that is common with every condo . But by and large a quiet , comfortable , no non sense condominium building .
No complaints. Probably one of the better buildings and stratas
