Shady bussiness practice. We get a letter stating we need to fix things by May. That is fine not an issue. But I dont appreciate someone coming onto our property without our knowledge. Never once did they call we had to call them to understand what needed done. Then decided to cancel our policy before the required date and still never called to even tell us in person.
If you are looking for absolutely amazing customer service, attention to detail and great response time, then Scott Neumann and his staff are the people you need. Their commitment to their customers is incredible.
