Had damage to a property and cannot get any support in resolving with State Farm. Not sure why I am paying an agent if I cannot get any support. The answer from Scott was that State Farm is not going to pay. After paying them for 40 years and then having a claim denied I am about done with State Farm. All they want is your money. I was promised they would share a report and pictures that they had a 3rd party do as I have shared my info from 2 roofers but to date they have not and Scott just ignores the request.
