Thought I had a transmission issue during a roadtrip. Scott was able to correctly diagnose the issue as a bad catalytic converter. He was unable to replace the part until the next day but refered us to someone who could help that day and got us back on the road for our trip! Without their willingness to help some random strangers we would still be waiting for repairs. If I was a local they would certainly be my mechanic!

Ken Towery diagnosed my truck but they could not fix it because of how big it was and it would be a 2 day job they did not have the space. When I made the appointment I explained to the receptionist at Nalls what was wrong and stated that they will make their own diagnostics. My company own company mechanic in South Bend Indiana agreed with Ken Towery. After 8 hrs Scott’s own mechanic couldn’t figured out how to fix it. Not sure whats going on with these other negative reviews but i got nothing but excellent service, when i inquired about the 25.00 sporage fee that someone else complaind about i was told the ONLY time there is a storage fee is when a auto gets inpounded or involved in an accident and in very few case of when a car gets completed after its been fixed a a customer dont come to get it for more then 3wks or so ( which i can understand becasue Nalls has already paid for the parts used and paid his emplyees for fixing said vehicl... read more
I took my daughter's car to Nalls Napa Service Center to do a diagnostic and to find out what was making the engine light stay on and getting bad gas mileage. They said that 100% it was the catalytic converters, upper and lower. They gave me an estimate of one thousand two hundred and sixty something dollars. We took the car to the local dealership where they ran a diagnostic and they came back with something totally different from Nalls. My truck went out on me on the way to Louisiana for Christmas the day before Christmas Eve, wheels were grinding, pulled in their shop as they were closing and they stayed late until they had my truck up and going so that I could be with my family for Christmas, very courteous, professional and fast, wish they were in ohio!! Where I live! God bless them!!
