The best decision I ever made! WOW... Scott Nails by far is the best eyebrow artist I have ever been to anywhere. Scott the owner says>>"I guarantee you will leave my salon with a smile on your face" and I did. whatever type of eyebrow you have Scott or his daughter Nancy will work wonders.
