I took my 23yo son into NWC emergency and learned he had appendicitis. While they'd caught it early enough and there wasn't a rupture, we were advised to consider an appendectomy and were offered to do it while there. I made an appointment several weeks before I was ready to go in on June 5 which would’ve been a three hour round-trip for me. I even called and asked him if they have a cancellation earlier. Can I do it and she said no right now all we have is June 5 10 o’clock and I get there on June 5 at 10 o’clock and I’m told I don’t even have an appointment.
