My 24-year-old son went to this doctor for his very first visit regarding hemorrhoids. The doctor found two hemorrhoids and encouraged him to do a rubber band ligation. So far, that was fine. But then the experience took a very unprofessional turn. He asked my son if he smoked, and when my son said yes, the doctor simply said, “Don’t smoke.” At the end of the appointment, however, my son (red-faced and in extreme discomfort) said he needed a cigarette. After several of struggling with severe ulcerative colitis, my gastro Dr suggested surgery. I was totally against it at first, but after meeting with Dr. Pinchot and seeing the plan he had for me, I went ahead. It was the best decision for me and Dr. Pinchot and all of his associates were fantastic! Highly recommend Dr Pinchot!!
Dr Pinchot, Lindsay his PA and Tammy the nurse liaison are an amazing team. From day one I was listened to and responded to completely and thoroughly. Questions thru the portal are responded to promptly. My surgery went well, recovery has been better than expected. They called to check up on me post surgery and when I went home. There was some tough stuff that Dr Pinchot had to relay to me. He did it in the most compassionate way. He is THE BEST doctor. I highly recommend him and his support team.
