Dr. Grossman is truly an outstanding neuro-ophthalmologist. From my very first visit through every follow-up appointment, he has consistently demonstrated incredible kindness, empathy, and genuine attentiveness to all my concerns. Dr. Grossman is extremely intelligent, thorough and has an amazing way to put you at ease. He and his team gave me numerous tests and he discussed the results and course of action for me going forward. I highly recommend him if you need an eye specialist. He's a great asset to the NYU experience.
Receptionists are both very kind and sweet. The nurse who took me in for initial tests and vitals was a sweetheart as well! The first physician, Ruben, who saw me was kind and patient. Did some quick tests to look in my eyes and got my med hx. Then he went to get Dr. Grossman to brief him of the situation and his findings. On 9/14/2023 I drove from Brooklyn to the City. It took me 1.5 hours due to traffic at useless UN. I was late for about 20 minutes. I was the only one in the waiting room. While being tested by the nurse I was told that Im out of the grace period and "doctor" won't see me. Speachless.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. FOR AN EXPERT IN VERTIGO AND, NEULOGY IS QUESTIONABLE TO ME. HE GAVE ME THE IMPRESSION THAT THAT HE CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR ME. HE LOOKED LIKE HE WAS BORED AND, INCONVENIENCED. NOT A GREAT SO CALLED ESPECIALIST. I WAISTED MY TIME WITH HIM.👎
