Excellent experience. Clear and articulate communication with a positive attitude and service that went above and beyond what is expected! My car was towed to this lot with plates removed. I showed up after closing and missing my plates and despite this, the owners attitude was positive and helpful. After patiently telling me how to acquire my plates I came back at nearly 8pm and the owner opened the lot up to let me take my car. This was the end of an incredibly long saga to acquire my car.
