Can't praise this garage enough. I myself brought a Mercedes c class beautiful motor no hard sale at all. All the staff where professional and polite at all times. Purchased an Octavia from this garage, no hard sell, totally upfront and honest. Left me to look around the car at my leisure, found a few marks on the paintwork which they were more than happy to sort, smart repairs couldn't be completed due to the heat so they arranged for me to collect the car and bring it back the following week, always kept me updated and informed with what was happening. Do not get a vehicle from this company unless you want to be left with huge bills to fix problems, they’ve either not disclosed or fixed properly before selling you the car.
Avoid at all costs!! Only getting 1 star as I got a refund .. travelled to site for collection of vehicle only for it to break down within 2 miles of the garage with the same issue it had pre mot .after coming up from Gloucester on the train and having to get the same back at my own cost .plus the £40 diesel I'd put in as well.. have raised a query with dvla over the entries on the mot on the car too . Don't be fooled by politeness .very disappointed
