Scott worked on an aircraft carrier in the "70s. He kept F4s flying. He refined his skills as electrician. I called several handymen and an electrician to solve an electrical problem. Everyone used circuit testers. He made 3 tests, and said a three way could not be done without another cable/line. He installed the cable, wired it and 30 minutes later he was headed home. My problem was solved. I might add, he did not charge enough. More importantly, he is a quality person.
