I give a 5 star on the quick response to availability. 1-star on being over charged, no itemized invoice after 45 days ( requested twice) but they had no problem cashing my check. Replaced an item that didn't need replacing and broke a wire and charged me for it. Will be adding them to my DO NOT CALL list.
