I've been going to family first of Yale for 20+ years. I went to a Dr my surgeon uses for medical clearance who happened to be part of a family medicine group. FF was sent a med records request for a copy of a couple basic things but they sent my whole medical record and archived my account. They said they will not take me back because I requested my med records to go to a family Dr. I did not request my whole medical record. So now I have no PCP. I can't believe they closed my account over a request for an ekg. I am waiting... read more
Doctor McPhilimy is just the best! He listens and discusses everything over with you! His staff is always nice and very helpul!
I've seen Dr. McPhilimy as well as his PA's and have been very satisfied at each visit. I'm seen promptly, staff are very nice and helpful and I feel as though Dr. spends a lot of time explaining the issue's I present. I would highly recommend this office and its staff for primary care!! I typically do not do reviews, however the exceptional care I've received from this office warrants it!!
