Scott Mazmanian was our Real Estate Advisor in selling my mother's home that she lived in for over 30 years. He was very knowledgeable of the market and explained every thing to my mom so she could understand the process of selling a home in today's market. He was patient and respectful at all times. Scott was efficient and effective and very honest to our mom about her price and the value of her home. We appreciate Scott and would highly recommend him to our neighbors and friends.

Scott Mazmanian is a top notch realtor. While I was living in Panama City, FL, and had to move within three weeks time, he found me a wonderful condo in Vero Beach Florida. Scott did an excellent job setting up and selling our home. The situation was definitely troublesome as the property was in Florida and we are in Ohio. Multiple sellers were involved as the primary owner was deceased. Scott made the process much easier for us. He definitely went beyond what is normally expected of a realtor. I would not hesitate contacting Scott if I would ever need a realtor in that area.
Scott is very professional and knowledgeable about the local market. He is detail oriented and has great communication skills. He went above and beyond with the sales process and truly worked on our behalf. I would absolutely recommend Scott to help you sell o purchase a home.
