Always get me in and out in a timely manner, and scheduling appointments is pleasant without have to wait a long time to get in.
I made the mistake of making the off hand comment that I was “out of sorts that morning” and staff took that as an opportunity to try to rip me off. They didn’t give me the option to replace a $4 light bulb on my own and only presented me with the charge of $42 for replace a bulb that takes less than 15 minutes to replace. I know because it was finished by the time it took for me to go back to them and tell them I’d rather replace it and come back for another inspection.
