I love Mazda but calling here is crazy I called three times to ask questions third time lady hung up on me place is not bad or anything just when need help sometimes no one answers
Update. Service manager says they have to charge for repair (reset of the lights) because the car is beyond the 12k mile 'adjustment' period. Called up another Mazda dealership, who stressed that the Mazda warranty is 3yr/36k. The discrepancy is very interesting. ---------------------- Stay away from these dishonest people. Always get me in and out in a timely manner, and scheduling appointments is pleasant without have to wait a long time to get in.
I made the mistake of making the off hand comment that I was “out of sorts that morning” and staff took that as an opportunity to try to rip me off. They didn’t give me the option to replace a $4 light bulb on my own and only presented me with the charge of $42 for replace a bulb that takes less than 15 minutes to replace. I know because it was finished by the time it took for me to go back to them and tell them I’d rather replace it and come back for another inspection.
