This lawyer represents my husband. He has advised my husband to hide assets and not send my daughter to me with necessities such as her GLASSES. He calls me yelling at me and accusing me of being racist and other things. My husband abused the court system and not one thing has been done about it
This man is all about greed. He cares NOTHING about the well being of any child in a custody dispute. He helps his clients break laws, and causes nothing but chaos during a divorce proceeding. He is up all hours of the night sending threatening emails and thinking of new ways to write ridiculous requests for the other party involved. Terrible lawyer. He is helping his client Windell Ross break multiple laws. Taking a child across state line using a tro when the mother hasn't even resided in Florida for the past 8 months. No Naples judges are doing anything about it, and Mr Roth is calling the mother at late hours, accusing her of being racist and yelling at her on the top of his lungs. These things SHOULD NOT be acceptable.
