To put it frankly. This guy is dishonest. Accessing effective healthcare can be hard. I’ve certainly been frustrated by scheduling people who are incompetent or unresponsive. This office is no different, worse than other offices. But that’s not what makes Scott Martin a poor surgeon. He is, genuinely a dishonest guy. I have had 3 serious shoulder operations with Dr Martin with good outcomes for most part .I was told if I ever needed anything to call his assistant which I did ,now suffering with worst shoulder injury of my life.Left 2 messages not even the courtesy of a return phone call.So much for your my friend not my patient !Very disappointed know he is busy with Patriots etc .What a difference a phone call would have made!

Since Healthgrades refused to publish this review, I'm putting it here. Singlehandedly the worst experience I've had with a surgeon. I'm in healthcare myself, so I know how difficult the work can be. But I wasn't expecting this horrible treatment. First, it's IMPOSSIBLE to get a post-op appointment with Dr. Martin. Oh, he's so welcoming preoperatively. Monica, his admin, will return your calls immediately. But woe to anyone whose results aren't absolutely perfect. You've basically got to pester until you get called back. And... read more
