Treated our family poorly. My wife wanted to talk with us, her family, before spending the large amount of $ for treatment they wanted to administer immediately. Especially since they said our dear doggy will only be alive another month at best. Told my wife she was inhumane for not spending $ for the treatment right now. Since we refused treatment, they sent us a letter stating that we are not welcome there any more.
