I really hate to leave bad reviews but it’s very much warranted in this case for a few reasons. First, Scott as the listing and then buyers agent falsely told me that any issues I’d have with the AC unit, which come to find out the seller had knowledge was having issues, would be covered by a home warranty. FALSE. AC unit did fail within two weeks of moving in and it was 115 degrees outside remind you. File a claim and it was DENIED due to pre-existing conditions.
