SMC is an excellent framing contractor for my new build. From start to finish, their team worked quickly without ever compromising craftsmanship. The attention to detail in their work is impressive, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do and other contractors also noted the attention to detail that was put into the framing. What really set them apart was Scott suggestions and improvements during the building process, which made a noticeable difference in the final outcome.

From start to finish, Scott Marcotte and his crew were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They communicated well and kept us up-to-date on every aspect of the project. They showed great respect for my home and cleaned up well after every day’s work. Even after the work was complete they assisted us putting the screen back into our new window after we took it out for cleaning. Scott came over himself within 5 minutes of our call! Scott Marcotte Construction is a first class operation. They are honest, punctual and trustworthy. They do what they say they will do and are very professional. Their crew showed up on time every day, worked a solid eight, kept things clean and picked up at the close of every day. They may be a little higher priced than other companies but they are well worth it. I highly recommend them.
