We hired Scott Marcotte Construction for a commercial remodel at our property, including heavy demolition, and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The communication, follow-through, and attention to detail were outstanding from start to finish. Scott and his team did what they said they would do and took pride in their work. It’s refreshing to work with a contractor who makes the whole process such a positive experience. We’re extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Scott Marcotte Construction. SMC is an excellent framing contractor for my new build. From start to finish, their team worked quickly without ever compromising craftsmanship. The attention to detail in their work is impressive, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do and other contractors also noted the attention to detail that was put into the framing. What really set them apart was Scott suggestions and improvements during the building process, which made a noticeable difference in the final outcome.
From start to finish, Scott Marcotte and his crew were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They communicated well and kept us up-to-date on every aspect of the project. Even after the work was complete they assisted us putting the screen back into our new window after we took it out for cleaning. Scott came over himself within 5 minutes of our call! A perfect example of the kind of personal service that his company provides. We couldn’t b... read more
