If you’re looking for quality workmanship and a builder that you can reach no matter where he is then hire Scott Mann. He was doing work for us and was on vacation in Scotland when a small problem came up, not knowing that he wasn’t in town I called him, He answered the phone and made arrangements for his workers to handle the problem immediately. I can’t say enough good about Scott and Melissa. We bought a piece of land in the Oak Hill neighborhood in Wildwood with the intention of building our forever home.
