i regrettably wrote a bad review about scott a week ago. it took him a little time to begin getting back to me due to personal circumstances and i really just didn't give him enough time because i obviously had no way of knowing and was just in a rush to get answers. sorry scott, all of my communication with you once we were in contact was good and with prompt responses.

my apologies to scott. It took a while for him to get back to me due to life circumstances that i could not be aware of. once we began to get in contact he did begin to respond promptly and answer my questions. wish i could remove the bad review sorry scott

tried to get info from scott about an airplane listed on his website. what a waste of time. i emailed scott twice, and he responded but without ever answering any of my questions. then emailed trying to find out if i could go see the airplane and the guy never even bothered to responed. good way to lose a cash customer. I won't bother with any of their listings anymore ande would strongly recommend that anyone that has an aircraft listed with him remove it and list with someone that actually wants to sell the product they're... read more

Scott sold my Plane in a timely manner and I was always available to communicate with him when I needed updates, etc. My experience was good. I had previously purchased a Plane thru him a few years before and all went well then as well.

Horrible communication and customer service was interest in buying a plane from them and they only replied with one or two word sentences. I continued to ask my question hoping for more information and they only respond answering one question. I would not recommend doing business with them.

What a total D-bag. Rude, condescending and not whom I'd ever want to buy or list a plane with. Terrible reputation in the South Florida area. Over last couple of years I've contacted him three times to look at planes he was listing and not once was I able to get passed his terrible and abrasive attitude. Don't bother with this clown, far better brokers around.

Scott spent many hours over several weeks while I was reviewing two specific aircraft for sale. He never pressured me and was very open and honest through the entire process. I ended up purchasing a great Mooney. The entire process was smooth, professional and I can't be happier. I have purchased almost a dozen aircraft over my aviation career and would definitely go back to Macdonald Aircraft Sales for my next purchase.
