We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Scott Rickert and could not recommend him more highly. He removed our young daughter’s branchial cleft cyst, and the surgery could not have gone better. He was incredibly meticulous, both in carefully removing the cyst and in achieving the best possible cosmetic outcome by minimizing the scar and closing the incision beautifully.
