Dr. Scott was amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable, and so very friendly. I was in SO much pain the day I went in for my L~knee. And he suggested a Cortizone shot. It didn’t feel the best but after he was done with it. Oh my gosh, it felt like 80% better. thank you, Dr. Scott. The only thing negative was he never asked me if I wanted some numbing spray,(I also asked him) before the shot and those needles are BIG. They do have it there as well. Dr Holthusen took time to thoroughly explain what was happening with my Achilles tendon and gave me the time I needed to ask questions. He recommended I go to physical therapy and explained what the goal of therapy would be. If PT is successful I will avoid surgery, if not I would definitely want Dr Holthusen to be my surgeon.
We could not ask for a better doctor and team. Dr. Holthusen was fantastic and had an immediate plan for helping my son with his broker bones and to ensure that his recovery of the injury had the best outcome.
