Dr. Holtthusen did an excellent job. He recommended a brace for my drop foot which i got the next day. It is really helping. He referred me to another Dr to see if he could do something for my back which in theory would help my foot
I was referred to Scott M. Holthusen, MD by my primary clinic for arthritis in my feet, which at 54 has been significantly impacting my quality of life due to chronic pain. From the start, Dr. Holthusen has come across as genuine and compassionate, and—refreshingly—has never made me feel like a “professional complainer.” That alone is worth noting. He inspires confidence with both his approach and his skill set, and I truly feel hopeful that his care will make my daily life far more manageable (fingers crossed).
Dr. Scott was amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable, and so very friendly. I was in SO much pain the day I went in for my L~knee. And he suggested a Cortizone shot. It didn’t feel the best but after he was done with it. Oh my gosh, it felt like 80% better. thank you, Dr. Scott. The only thing negative was he never asked me if I wanted some numbing spray,(I also asked him) before the shot and those needles are BIG. They do have it there as well.
