I was left feeling disappointed, frustrated & unappreciated! I'm asked to pay ridiculous out of pocket costs before even referencing or contacting my In-Network provider insurance coverage. They refuse to contact Insurance company when I questioned billing explanation. Told me I was not able to receive itemized billing. I feel taken advantage of & their billing a scam. Never again!!!
