Excellent realtor. Super nice and hardworking guy. Did his homework on comps, helping us price our house just right, resulting in a very solid offer in two days. The team of people Scott brought together for pictures, videos, brochures, etc. did a really nice job. Ditto for the people who helped prepare for closing - very organized. Scott was readily available and in constant contact throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Scott if you’re thinking about buying or selling a home in Northern Colorado.
