Deaf, I requested the nurse and Dr. Lossman to face me when addressing me as I lipread well. They did so. No communication difficulties; we understood one another. Superb service.
I am sick and tired of filling out the stupid reviews every time. I go to any doctor anything period I see a doctor twice a week for a while to take care of some every time they want a friggin'. Review. I'm tired of giving reviews.
Dr Lossmann was very kind and encouraging at my initial wound consultation.
I recently had a visit with Saint Alphonsus wound clinic to dress an abscess on my abdomen and I will say this the entire team at the wound clinic was very professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience all around.
