He is a great dentist and caring person
I was told my the front desk receptionist before I schedule my first appointment that my insurance would cover my cleaning and X-rays. About 6 months later I received a surprise bill for $200. When I called to ask about it, they told me my insurance didn’t cover the services. I’m very disappointed and it feels a bit shady that they were not upfront about the cost.
Walking in the door I was greeted warmly. I waited just a few minutes in the waiting room before being escorted back to the exam area. The hygienist was kind and easy to talk to. She examined and cleaned my teeth with expertise and care. Dr. Lipscomb then came in and followed up on the cleaning and we talked about golf! The entire experience was pleasant and quick and easy. Who could ask for more?
