I used Scott on the purchase of a home in Cedar Creek this past summer 2017. It was a very bad experience. Where do I begin? He represented both the seller and buyer and did next to nothing to assist us on our side. He dissuaded us from a home inspection. At the walk through, we noticed two broken windows that weren't previously broken or disclosed on the seller's disclose statement. We purchased a home through Scott Lawrence in 2007 and felt like we paid a fair price for a home that was perfect for us at that time. Our house is now on the market with him as our Seller's Agent and he is very responsive, open and honest about changes that are needed to get the home sold, and is an expert negotiator! I would recommend Scott, and have recommended him, to family and friends who have also been happy with his services.

We first worked with Scott Lawrence 7 years ago to buy a house (we were first time home buyers) and he was very easy to work with. He really listened and understood what we were looking for. We never felt pressured ever at any time during the process, and felt he was on our side the whole time.
