Staff are friendly enough.
I'm grateful for the professionalism of Dr. Beals and looking forward to treatment after the diagnosis of the biopsy. He is also friendly, proficient, quick, and caring. Additionally, his staff is friendly.
My appointment was in the morning bI was greeted by a young lady, who was very knowledgeable of being a responsible greeting person . I was taken to the surgery room fairly quickly. The nurses there were very knowledgeable with their positions. In about 10 minutes the Doctor entered the room and started my procedure. He is very personable and knows Dermatology very well. It was a pleasant Procedure. It was a good experience.
Professional staff, but you are treated like a real person, nice, friendly atmosphere. Small town feel, which I really appreciate.
