I've had nothing but frustration with Scott Koth – State Farm. My premiums kept increasing with no clear explanation, even though my driving record and home situation remained the same. When I tried to get answers, I was met with vague responses and poor customer service. It felt like no one really cared to help or even justify the price hikes.
