Long wait for a 5 minute nurse visit
Dr. Koerber is an insanely talented physician, but it has been a very hard and long struggle being his patient. I have messaged and called numerous times with no response, and I am pretty understanding and patient. But at the same time, you are dealing with literal heart problems - and people are scared. It’s very defeating to have calls and messages go unanswered. I’ve been without a newly prescribed medication for the sole reason of no response from his team. Absolutely Incredibly Talented Surgeon. But Please make sure that EVERYTHING goes Perfectly, because his office WILL NOT answer phone calls. I felt blessed that he did both my ablation and Watchman, BUT, I also felt like part of an assembly line! His office staff really does care, if you can actually get hold of them! But they are completely woefully understaffed in relation to the number of surgeries completed and the follow up phone calls related to those procedures .
