Fast and efficient
Folks at shop were welcoming, explained things clearly and kept me informed as the cat was being serviced.
Very bad communication on the status of our car (from Antonio) No calls backs when we left messages to have someone call us. Had to escalate calls to the service manager (almost everytime ). Just very poor follow up and communication.
