Scott is a good dentist however I missed my appointment after being called to work a 12hr night shift after they already closed for the day and when I called them back they told me they would be charging me a $75 fee! This is already expensive enough for someone with no benefits. Going to have to look for a new dentist as theres no way in hell im paying $75 for missing an appointment. Update: New Sudbury Dental is way better and more accommodating in my opinion.
Cancelled my appointment in April rebooked for May 3. When on the phone confirmed twice with receptionist the date and time. Took the time off arrived and was told I had no appointment. Both receptionist were aloof about THEIR mistake. Also my husband went in last year, they took exrays and insurance would not pay because of code they put on form. Should they not advise the patient before they do anything that this might not be covered! I am not happy with this dentist office,
