Cancelled my appointment in April rebooked for May 3. When on the phone confirmed twice with receptionist the date and time. Took the time off arrived and was told I had no appointment. Both receptionist were aloof about THEIR mistake. Also my husband went in last year, they took exrays and insurance would not pay because of code they put on form. Should they not advise the patient before they do anything that this might not be covered! I am not happy with this dentist office,
Dr. Keenan has been my dentist for many years. He is an excellent dentist. He is technically skilled and has a great sense of humour. We recently moved a relative to Sudbury and he graciously agreed to accept her into his practice even though she is much older and has some confusion issues. His staff are all pleasant and extremely capable which is a reflection of the protocols and training he provided. His new office is state of the art wrt cleanliness and Covid precautions.
