My daughter needed an emergency appointment and the staff was unwilling to help made a diagnosis over the phone and said she needed a root canal knowing root canals need a referral from a dentist. While talking with her on the phone the office staff hung up on her while supposedly finding her referral names. The staff seems uncaring, unkind. She was thinking she would like to transfer to this dentist permanently because she lives in Kalamazoo but after this morning she is not interested.
